Purchases become final once digital products are delivered via email or made available for download. By completing a purchase you:

  • Waive your right to cancel under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
  • Agree that you have 7 days to report non-delivery or delivery errors

Exceptions apply only in cases of duplicate charges or verified technical failures on our part.
