Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Debit cards issued by major banks
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (via Stripe)

Cash, bank transfers, cheques, and telephone payments are not accepted.

2. Payment Processing & Security

All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant global payment gateway. We use TLS encryption for all data in transit. KOREX GROUP LTD never stores or processes your payment card details directly — all sensitive financial data is handled exclusively by Stripe. Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) may be required in accordance with UK regulations.

3. Currency & Pricing

All prices are displayed in Great British Pounds (GBP). The final amount including any applicable fees is shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees if your card is issued in a different currency — KOREX GROUP LTD is not responsible for such charges.

4. Tax & Invoicing

Pricing may be displayed inclusive or exclusive of VAT depending on your jurisdiction and product type. KOREX GROUP LTD is registered in the United Kingdom and operates under UK VAT rules. An electronic invoice will be sent to your email address upon successful payment.

5. Payment Confirmation & Order Completion

Following a successful payment you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing your order details and digital invoice. Access to your digital product will begin immediately or within a few minutes depending on the product type. If you do not receive a confirmation within one hour, please contact us at help@korex-group.com.

6. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, your order will not be completed and you will not receive access to any products. Common reasons for declined payments include:

  • Insufficient funds on the card
  • Expired card details
  • Authentication failure (3D Secure)
  • Card issuer restrictions

Repeated failed payment attempts may temporarily restrict your ability to place orders.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.
